    Procuring exemption from payment of stamp duty for transfers of property to family owned companies.
  • Negotiating and drafting leases, facility management agreements, service charge agreements, car park agreements, leases and tenancy agreements, amongst others,
    for the management of property.

    Advising clients on the use of professionals such as surveyors, physical planners and engineers, and make recommendations based on previous work experiences with such professionals.

In the real estate field:

  • We advise real property developers on the legal, regulatory and compliance requirements incidental to their ventures.
  • We have previously acted for several real estate developers in negotiating purchase of land for construction of housing estates, negotiated and prepared joint ventures between land owners and developers/financiers, advised developers on acquisition of finances from financing institutions and prepared relevant documents to facilitate the financing, incorporated development and management companies for the housing estates and undertaken the conveyance procedures for sale of the resultant housing units to end users.
